Bill came to tune an old old piano that had been special made in Belgium. We purchased it while living overseas.. It had traveled several times in shipping back n forth between Europe n the US.. We purchased our permanent final home in the Sugar Camp, WI area n we were ready to do a complete care to the piano.. The Belgian piano needed loads of care n Bill did everything n then some.. We had him put new base strings in n a damp conditioning system n tuning.. Took several days n return visits.. Bill is an exceptional business man but more so he is a great person.. Always polite n caring n respectful.. We would recommend him without question as a Piano Service man with integrity n knowledge..

Bill did a fabulous job tuning my piano after twenty-six years since its last tuning. It sounds wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable and super personable. Thanks so much, Bill!

Bill was out this past week to tune and clean our grand piano and install a damp chaser to keep the piano humidity in check so the wood doesn’t crack. Bill was extremely responsive, very clean and honors his time commitments and quotes. I asked numerous questions about the inner workings of the piano and he was more than willing to share his knowledge! I would highly recommend Bill and will definitely have him back for the next tuning and cleaning!
